Shipping

Where We Ship:: We ship only within the United States (50 States and D.C.). We do not ship to U.S. Possessions, APOs, FPOs, or other Countries. We accept only credit cards issued by U.S. banks with billing addresses in the U.S.

When We Ship:: ON-LINE orders received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time WEEKDAYS (excluding Holidays) ship the same day. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. Central Time or on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day. Shipping deadlines for phone orders are two hours earlier.

Shipping Options:

Postal Service Priority Mail
The Postal Service advertises 2-3 business days for delivery and they deliver Monday through Saturday except Holidays. However, the Postal Service does NOT Guarantee Priority Mail shipping time. While many shipments will arrive in 2-3 days after shipping, it is not uncommon for a Priority mail shipment to take over a week to arrive at its destination. Allow even more time for Priority Mail during the Christmas mailing season.

Postal Service Express Mail
For Postal Service Express Mail allow 1-3 days after shipping for delivery. Postal Service Express mail is delivered 7 days a week including Saturday and Sunday (in most areas). We do NOT guarantee delivery time on Postal Service Express Mail.

FedEx Express Shipping
Shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight (Next Business Day) and 2-Day Service is available in the contiguous U.S. ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii via FedEx. FedEx cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Use Postal Service Express mail instead for Alaska, Hawaii or Post Office boxes. Expect delivery on the next business day after it is shipped (for FedEx Overnight) or 2nd business day after it is shipped (for FedEx 2-Day). Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Shipping Confirmation:: Orders placed ON-LINE on this website will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking/confirmation number and the website address where you can check on your order. This email will be sent late on the evening your order ships and will be sent to the email address you provided on the order form. Please note that for Priority Mail the Postal Service website normally provides only confirmation of accepting the shipment and of delivering it. They do not normally provide any information in between.

Signature Required:: All FedEx and Postal Service Express shipments require a signature on delivery. If you wish to waive this signature, so state in the "Comments" box in the Shopping Cart. However, the signature cannot be waived on orders over $250.00. All shipments over $250.00 including Postal Service Priority Mail require a signature on delivery.

Off-Line Shipping & Handling Charges:: For phone orders add a $3.00 handling charge to the total including shipping shown in the shopping cart. Purchase Orders, Mail Orders and FAX orders not accepted.
