I had the Garmin 7500 but unfortunately it was stolen from my vehicle. Since I never used the dead reckoning feature on my 7500 I went ahead and purchased the 7200 this time around. If you are looking for the perfect GPS for travel this is the one. With it's lager view touch screen and ability to download routes from you pc, this make your big travel trips a snap. Thanks GPSNow!

I recently replaced my StreetPilot 2610 with a 7200, and have absolutely no regrets. I spend a lot of time offroad, where I can't play CDs, so the MP3 playing ability is a great addition.
Files are easy to upload, either directly to the SD card or the internal memory.
From a GPS point of view, the best thing is the GIANT screen, which can be read easily by the driver, and any passenger.
The new GUI takes a little while to get used to it, but the familiar remote helps the transition.
Only thing missing for now is the Sunrise & Sunset information, that used to show on the Satellite Information page.
I've just driven over 150 Miles of very rough roads & trails, and
the performance was flawless.
I did secure the mounting plate with 4 screws, in addition to the
adhesive.
My order number was 251733

Having used the Garmin StreetPilot 3 for years, this is a big step up to faster and newer format. The Garmin 7200 maintains all of the nice features you come to enjoy and then brings you to the next level. Very well executed and the service I received from GPSNow was super!

We are planning on rolling north into Michigan's Upper Peninsula soon and this will be a real test of the new Garmin 7200.
