| The Forerunner 405 is loaded with features. After reviewing the owner's manual, I found the numerous features easy to access. The user interface utilizes a touch feature on the bezel of the watch. It paired quite easily with the heart rate monitor, the foot pod and my laptop. In 10 minutes everything was set up and I was ready for my first run. Even while running it is easy to navigate to the heart rate or to check your pace. A great addition to my running program. | ||||
