With its high-sensitivity GPS
receiver, Rino 530HCx locates your position quickly and precisely and
maintains its GPS location even in heavy cover and deep canyons. The

Find Your Friends
Like the rest of the Rino series, Rino 530HCx offers a unique Position
Reporting feature. Position Reporting lets you send your exact
location to other Rino users in your group so that everyone can see your
position on the map page. A patented Position Polling feature
allows you to get the current position of the other Rino users in your
group and display them on your map page. And, because Rino is a standard FRS/GMRS radio,
you can use it to communicate with any other conventional FRS/GMRS
radio around.
Transmit with Power
Rino 530HCx boasts a whopping 5 watts of transmit power (GMRS),
which lets you contact others from up to 14 miles away (line of
sight).

MapSource provide high level detail
of roads, recreational areas, coastlines, navaids, lakes, boat ramps,
topography and more. A USB PC Interface cable is enclosed
with each Rino 530HCx to allow you to download MapSource Data between
your PC and Rino 530HCx. MapSource software also allows you to view
color maps on a personal computer, with zoom and pan functions for easy
map browsing. Users can then select individual maps in areas of interest
and transfer the maps to the Rino 530HCx or other compatible GPS.

Think of MapSource as an atlas that contains many
smaller maps. By choosing several of these maps, you can make a map
set. This map set can then be transferred to your compatible GARMIN
GPS, which allows you to tailor the map detail for the geographic areas
you wish to view. For instance, if you are planning a trip by car, your
map set might only need to include those maps that are along your intended
driving route. MapSource gives you the flexibility to choose the extent of
the mapping coverage. Blank microSD card (not included) required to

Use the trip and waypoint manager functions to create
waypoints, routes, and tracks, and transfer them between your GARMIN GPS
