Bluetooth technology along with the built microphone and speaker(s) in your Garmin Bluetooth GPS let you to make hands-free mobile phone calls on a compatible Bluetooth wireless phone. Once you "pair" your compatible Bluetooth phone with your Garmin Bluetooth GPS it will reconnect automatically whenever you get near the GPS. So it can be on a belt clip, in a pocket, in a purse or put in the glove compartment and it will automatically connect to your Garmin Bluetooth GPS as long as the phone is on and within 10 meters of the Garmin Bluetooth GPS.

To answer an incoming call simply tap "Answer" on the screen. Just speak toward the built-in microphone in your Garmin Bluetooth GPS while staying focused on your driving.

If you have call waiting you can answer the call waiting call and the person you were talking to is automatically put on hold. Tap

to display the call screen and then end the call or switch back to the original call while leaving the new call on hold.

Phone Book

Your Garmin Bluetooth GPS automatically loads your compatible Bluetooth cellular phone's phone book each time it connects. Use the scroll arrows to scroll to the entry you want and then tap it .

POI Dial

Search for the Point of Interest you want to call, tap it and then tap the phone image just left of the phone number.

Dial

Just tap in the number you want and tap "Dial."

Call History

Your Garmin Bluetooth GPS automatically loads your compatible Bluetooth cellular phone's call history each time it connects. Just tap "Missed", "Dialed" or "Received" to see them. The most recent calls are at the top. Just tap the number you want.

Call Home

Once you have entered your home phone number just touch "Call Home" to call home.

Voice Dial

If your cellular phone supports it, just touch "voice dial" and speak the name of the person you want to call.
